The computer generated imagery (CGI) below was created by Uniform for Urban splash and their Lakeshore housing development – a five storey Cor-ten steel structure siting on a podium of concrete, set over a man-made lake. The site is to be completely restored with the lake returned to its original glory, and the 4.5 ha grounds fully landscaped.

I was shown this a while ago and I think it is one of the best pieces of CGI for a development I have seen.
